Purchase options cancellation policy

An ordinary purchase or preorder is a one-time order. It does not create an automatically renewing subscription. A recurring purchase applies only when the product and checkout explicitly offer it and you agree to the recurring charge, billing interval, and cancellation terms.

Canceling an ordinary order or preorder

Contact info@blackdogcomix.com with your order number to request cancellation. We will check whether the supplier has started production or dispatched the order and confirm the available options. If the order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy (https://www.blackdogcomix.com/policies/refund-policy) applies. Personalized and custom-made items have the exceptions described there.

Recurring purchases, when offered

An expressly agreed subscription renews at the billing interval disclosed when you purchase. There is no minimum commitment or early termination fee. To stop the next renewal, email us at least 24 hours before its scheduled date. Include the email address used at checkout and your subscription or order number. We will confirm cancellation. Use an account cancellation option if one is provided for your subscription; email support remains available.

Cancellation stops future renewals after it takes effect. If a renewal has already been processed, contact us promptly about the resulting order. Eligible physical-product returns and refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy; cancellation does not remove those rights.
